The manufacturing process uses cold-rolled powder-coated steel tubes and precision welding with tungsten inert gas welding for a uniform finish and strength.

All nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel, ensuring that they are 100% rust-free. Industrial-grade polymer spacers are included to act as vibration dampeners, and black industrial-grade polymer sliders are included for smooth finishing, aesthetics, and gradual wear-out in case of an accidental slide.

The unit comes with a 6-month paint/powder coating warranty, but not against accidental damage, and proper shade matching with the bike chassis is guaranteed.

The design is tried and tested, having been used by approximately 4000 users over 5 years and tested for lakhs of kms over the Bajaj Odysseys and many other rides by our customers.

It is important to note that any modifications will void the warranty.
