ZANA MOTORCYCLES offers a patent design that is exclusively available from our company.
The design features a lightweight 100% aluminium tray that is used to mount the top box onto your motorcycle.
The aluminium tray is available in brushed aluminium or matt black finish to match the aesthetic of your bike.
All nuts and bolts are made from stainless steel and are included as standard. They are 100% rust-free for long-lasting use.
Industrial-grade polymer spacers are included to act as vibration dampeners, reducing any rattling or noise caused by the top box while riding.
We offer a 6-month paint/powder coating warranty (excluding accidental damage) to ensure the tray retains its finish.
The tray is properly shade-matched to your bike's chassis for seamless integration.
It is compatible with mostly all brands of top boxes ranging from 15l to 30l in size, but please note that it is not compatible with all top boxes.
The loading capacity of the tray is 10-12 Kg when riding on smooth tarmac. For rough road use, it is advisable to reduce your speed or the weight carried in the top box.
For protection during transit, the tray is plastic-wrapped to prevent any scratches or damage.
