About this Toprack for Himalayan BS6 (2021-23)
- Zana Motorcycles has a patent design for a lightweight 100% aluminum tray to mount the top box, with a new plate design.
- Top racks that are not compatible with aluminum boxes can be used with Zana's top racks, which are compatible with the Zana Pillion Backrest.
- The aluminum tray is available in a matte black finish and has proper weight distribution and mounting using a 5mm under-seat plate.
- Cold-rolled powder-coated steel tubes are used for manufacturing, and precision welding (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) is used for uniform finish and strength.
- All nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel (100% rust-free) and are included as standard, along with industrial-grade polymer spacers that act as vibration dampeners.
- The product comes with a 6-month paint/powder coating warranty (not against accidental damage), but the warranty will be voided in case of any modifications.
- Proper shade matching with the bike chassis is ensured, and the product is compatible with mostly all brands of top boxes ranging from 15l to 30l.
- The loading capacity of the product is 10-12 kgs on smooth tarmac riding. For rough road use, it is advisable to reduce vehicle speed or weight carried in the top box.
